Angelica Vasilcov are 22 de ani si o voce care iti taie respiratia. Ea participa la un concurs international –  Music Mogul. Concursul are ca premiu semnarea unui record deal cu Darkchild, unul dintre cei mai in voga producatori din lume, compozitor a mai multor hituri, pentru nume importante din showbizul international: Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Brandy, Beyonce, Pussycats Dolls, Britney, Ciara, Madonna etc . 

“Buey ce misto e filmul! A luat 8 Oscaruri! E despre un indian si cum ajunge el milionar! Foarte tare! L-ai vazut? Cum nu!!!”

Ok, zic. Hai sa vedem ce tot spun colegii astia ai mei. Ma sucesc, ma invartesc si fac rost de film. Dupa care zace cateva saptamani in calculator fara sa deschid macar fisierul. Reusesc sa ma “impiedic” de el intr-un final si sa-l vad.

Hmmmm … Daca n-ai altcea mai bun de facut si vrei sa pierzi 2 ore, e un film ok. Dar … ce vi s-a parut asa impresionant? Exceptie facand scena in care i se scot ochii unui copil ca sa fie trimis la cersit, nimic. Dar asta se intampla peste tot, nu doar in India. Credeti cumva ca tiganii nostri nu fac la fel? Faceti analogia, va rog!

NU e un film despre bani. E un film despre soarta. Despre credinta nestramutata in sufletul pereche. E un film despre dragoste. E un film despre credinta ca “in fiecare din noi exista ceva deosebit si ca niciodata nu e prea tarziu sa iasa la suprafata”.

Ce e cu adevarat impresionant in film si care ar trebui sa ne ridice si noua mari semne de intrebare e gradul de analfabetism care exista in India. Analfabetism catre care ne indreptam si noi cu pasi repezi. Cum frate sa nu stii care sunt cei 3 muschetari?!!! (care, de fapt, erau 4 :D ) E unul din romanele de capatai ale copilariei a zeci de generatii. Adaugati Dupa 20 de ani, Rocambole, Cuore, inima de copil, Regina Margot, Tarzan, Mowgli, Cartea Junglei, 20000 de leghe sub mari, Amintiri din copilarie si cate si mai cate. Doamne, nici nu mi le mai amintesc pe toate. Uitam pana si ca trebuia sa mai dorm sau sa mai mananc atunci cand citeam. Imi tineam ochii deschisi cu degetele sa mai citesc o propozitie, o fraza, sa mai dau o pagina.

Citeam in nestire. E singurul lucru pentru care mi-as dori sa fiu din nou copil.

Revenind la film: din punctul meu de vedere, e pierdere de timp.
